Refund, Returns & Cancellation

Returns, refunds and cancellations for your order.

Our products are personalized and made to order, so this policy is designed around that. If you’re not satisfied with what you received, get in touch within 15 days of receiving your order and we’ll do everything possible to make it right.

Quality issues

If the product quality doesn’t match the specifications, send us your order details along with information about the issue. We’ll get back to you within 2 business days. If required, we’ll arrange a pick-up and will either replace or repair the product (depending on the nature of the issue) or provide a voucher to reorder.

Please note: colour and contrast on photo products can differ from what you see on screen or on photographic paper, depending on monitor settings and individual/regional preferences. We cannot guarantee an exact match, and refunds are not provided for these inherent variations.

Changes and cancellation

To change or cancel an order, send us the order details immediately after placing it. An order can be cancelled or edited only if it has not yet gone into production. Once an order is printed, it cannot be changed or refunded; if edits are needed, you can make the changes and re-order using a voucher/store credit we provide.

Where goods you ordered are not available, we will notify you and give you the option to wait for stock or cancel — on cancellation we refund in full any amount paid.

Refunds

Refunds are provided in the form of a voucher/store credit equivalent to the amount spent, except where stated otherwise above.

Duplicate payments: we check each transaction manually, so duplicate payments are unlikely. If a duplicate payment is received, we will inform you and you may either use the excess for a future purchase or have it refunded to your account.

Defects on dispatch

Goods are the kind designated or specified at the time of dispatch. If within ten (10) days from the date of shipment it appears that the goods delivered are not of the kind designated or specified, notify us immediately (with a photograph of the damaged goods). We will, at our discretion, repair the defect or send a replacement, and our decision in this regard is binding.
