Delivery method

Unless otherwise agreed, orders are delivered by Courier/Post to the address you provide at checkout. Most products are made to order, so dispatch follows production.

Delivery times

Delivery times are an estimate only and are not a condition of sale. Production time depends on the product and order, and transit time depends on your location. Any applicable dispatch and delivery estimates are shown during checkout.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges (if any) are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay, based on your delivery address. Applicable taxes are shown separately.

Risk and title

The date of handover to the courier or postal authority is taken to be the date of delivery. Title and risk in the goods pass to you on delivery to the courier/post. Where goods are lost or damaged in transit, you may claim from the courier or delivery agency used.

Delivery address

Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. You should make all arrangements necessary to take delivery when the goods are tendered.
